1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment:

Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a full refund credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

1.2 After Shipment:

Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return and refund under our Return Policy.

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

The product received is damaged or defective.
The product received is different from what was ordered.
The product is returned within the stipulated return period (refer to our Return Policy).

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations:

Products that are not in their original packaging or missing accessories/manuals.
Products purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless damaged or defective).

3. Return Policy

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
